Deborah Glass is a faith-driven entrepreneur committed to growth, purpose, and innovation. Dr. Jimmy J. Davies is a technology strategist, entrepreneur, and educator with a strong foundation in applied mathematics, physics, and land surveying from Ferris State University. He holds an honorary doctorate from the National Beauty Culturists' League, Inc. As founder of Every.Black, LLC, he empowers individuals to build wealth through entrepreneurship, AI, and global networking. He is also co-founder of the Black AI Consortium. Dr. Davies founded MacMasters Computer Services, training over 10,000 professionals nationwide. He was commissioned to lead the Dr. Joe L. Dudley, Sr. Legacy Project, preserving the impact of a renowned entrepreneur and humanitarian.

Pastor Carol A. Davis is a dedicated leader with over 30 years in ministry, serving as Associate Pastor at TDC Vision Center in Detroit, Michigan. With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit and executive support, she brings both spiritual and professional expertise to her work. She is a certified grief coach and founder of Davis Legacy Co. LLC, a faith-based organization providing grief education and support to individuals and communities. In 2025, she received the Career Mastered Women’s History Diversity IMPACT 50 Award. Pastor Carol is married to Pastor Jimmie Davis and is a devoted mother.

Pastor Jimmie Davis has faithfully served in ministry for more than 35 years. He currently serves as Associate Pastor at the TDC Vision Center in Detroit Michigan, under the leadership of Apostle Diane Washington and the late Apostle V. B. Washington. He is known for his steady leadership, biblical teaching, and unwavering commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God. Alongside his ministry calling, Pastor Davis has also built a distinguished career at Ford Motor Company, where he has served for over 31 years and currently works in mechanical engineering as a metal model maker. Pastor Davis is passionate about encouraging believers to remain steadfast in their faith, grounded in God’s Word, and bold in their witness. His teaching emphasizes spiritual maturity, courage, and consistency in a changing world. He serves in ministry and in life with his wife of 27 years, Pastor Carol A. Davis, and together they are the proud parents of Chloe Marie and the late Garrick DeVaughn.

She is also a co-founder of SMARTWOMEN Global Fund and Global Green Development Group, where she champions environmental justice and health equity. She’s been recognized by the Renew America and Robert Wood Johnson Awards and shared speaking platforms with Al Gore at the White House discussing these issues. Dr. Keys has traveled and testified globally, including before Congress and the UN, advocating for sustainable communities and contributing to national climate action and health initiatives.
